Safety First

As we were playing on Jack's bed this morning he looked at me and asked where my flip flops were (that I was wearing just a few minutes earlier).  I told him they were by the door and I took them off because we don't wear shoes on the bed, do we?

His answer:

"Nooooo!  It's not safe!"

I was thinking more along the lines of it's just plain gross to wear shoes on the bed, but I guess we could translate that into not being safe!

Can you tell we've had several talks about safety lately (usually in regards to not pushing your sister off the bed, stool, slide, etc)?!
