School Days

Last week Jack's school had something like an open house. The parents were invited for coffee and then we got to observe in his classroom for a little while. When we got there, the kids in his room were either playing on the carpet or painting at the table with the teachers. Jack was doing neither. He was leaned up on the table, fingers in mouth, blanket in hand, watching the kids paint. We watched him for several minutes before he finally saw us and then started chattering about something we couldn't understand! It was interesting to get a peek into his room but I sure hope he does more than stand around on a regular basis. He can do that at home for free!

His turn rolled around while we were there so we got to see him paint with jelly beans - interesting.
