Days 5 & 6

We lounged around in the morning, did a little swimming, napping, and saying bye to Grandy & Granny.

Showing Granny his boo boos.

See, I told you Pluto and Nemo were big hits.

Saying bye-bye.

After naps, we hit the beach for a picnic (that's what we told Jack so he wouldn't pitch a fit, because let's face it, my boy hates the beach), but this time we were minus two adults. So, we hauled a lot less stuff to the beach, but it actually worked out ok.

Anna finally enjoyed the water for the first time since we went after her nap instead of before.

Next, in keeping with tradition, we headed to the pool.

We decided to try putt-putt that evening since that's what you're supposed to do when you vacation in Myrtle Beach!

Oh, and guess who made a hole in one AND won the game . . . . here's a hint - that person is in this picture and it's not Jack!

The next morning we were on the beach before 9:00 and in the pool by 10:00.

Daddy and his girl.

We walked around Broadway that evening and surprisingly enough, the kids were content to ride in their strollers and take it all in.

No pictures from our last day because it just consisted of eating, more swimming, and cleaning. We really did have fun even though it was a crazy trip and overall my kids don't really love the beach as much as I do. I guess there's always next year . . . . maybe!

We also just came back from the beach and I posted our trip. It was interesting for us as well. There's always next year though! :)
