Today the MOMS club had our annual Spring Party/Easter egg hunt. Jack & Anna have been playing with the eggs and baskets for several days now so they were super psyched about getting eggs with candy in them today. When we pulled up in the driveway, Jack remembered that this kid's house has tons of trains to play with and he was pretty much over the Easter eggs at that point. I actually had to bribe him to participate in the egg hunt and shortly after he went right back inside to play with the trains. Anna helped me hide them - which means she walked around behind me picking up the eggs I had just hidden. Once the actual hunt began she was satisfied with her three eggs and went to play with the toys that the big kids were no longer hogging. Still, it was a beautiful day and we had fun with friends!
